A member suspended for non-payment of Periodic Dues shall be restored to
                membership in good standing upon payment of a  reinstatement fee together with all accrued
                indebtedness to the Local and the then current semi-annual Periodic Dues. 
                
 
                 A former member expelled for non-payment of Periodic Dues who applies for reinstatement within one year from the date of suspension
                shall be restored to membership in good standing upon payment of a $25 reinstatement fee together with
                all indebtedness to the Local accrued until the time of expulsion, and the then current semi-annual Periodic
               Dues.
 
               A member suspended for reasons other than non-payment of Periodic Dues may be reinstated upon
                compliance with all orders of the Executive Board and/or the Hearing Board in addition to the payment of
                all accrued indebtedness to the Local together with the then current Periodic Dues. 
A former member who was expelled for non-payment of Periodic Dues who wishes
                to rejoin the Local after one year from the date of suspension may rejoin only upon submission of a new
                application together with payment of the then current Initiation Fee and Periodic Dues plus payment of all
                indebtedness accrued through the date of suspension, and shall be considered a new member for all
                purposes. 
                
                 
 
A former member who was expelled for reasons other than non-payment of Periodic Dues may
                be reinstated upon compliance with all orders of the Executive Board and/or the Hearing Board in addition
                to the payment of all indebtedness to the Local accrued through the date of expulsion together with the then
                current Initiation Fee and Periodic Dues. 
A former member who resigned in good standing may rejoin the Local upon submission of a new application together with payment of the then current Initiation Fee and semi-annual Periodic Dues, subject to approval by the Executive Board.
Annual and Semi-Annual Membership Dues, due Jan. 1 of each year, must be received by March 31 (three-month grace period) to avoid suspension. If not paid by this date, a $25 reinstatement fee will be assessed. Both dues and reinstatement fee must be paid by June 30 to avoid expulsion.
Likewise, Semi-Annual Membership Dues for Regular Members, due July 1, must be received by Sept. 30 (three-month grace period) to avoid suspension. If not paid by this date, a $25 reinstatement fee will be assessed. Both dues and reinstatement fee must be paid by Dec. 31 to avoid expulsion.
			    
A member may resign in good standing from the Local by satisfying all financial responsibility to the Local and filing a letter requesting resignation with the Secretary/Treasurer. Click here for more information.
