What is my WebID? 

Your WebID is the four- or five-digit number used to access your Online Member Account. Your WebID may be found on your membership card or Work Dues Statement. If you cannot locate either of these documents, please call 323.462.2161.

Can I change my username?
No, your username/WebID cannot be changed.

I can't remember if I created an account. How do I find out?
First, you need to know what email address we have on file for you. You may check it by searching your name here
Next, try theReset Password link. If you see an error message stating that your email does not match, and you have verified that it is the same as in your Directory profile, this means you have not yet signed up for an account, and you need to create a new account

I have an account, but forgot my password?
Reset your password here and a new password will be automatically sent to you. 
If you receive a message that your information does not match, this could mean either (1) you have not yet signed up for an account, or (2) the email you entered does not match what we have on file. Call 323.462.2161 for assistance.

Why does it say I'm Suspended or Expelled?
Only members in good standing may access their member account. You will not be able to access the Members area of this website until your membership is reinstated. Call 323.993.3116 or email the Membership Department to check your membership status or pay dues by phone.

When will my online payment be posted to my account?
It may take up to 24 hours after a payment before the website reflects the new status. 

I tried to submit a dues payment, but did not receive a confirmation screen. Was my payment processed?
If you do not see a confirmation message on the screen once you click the submit button, your payment was NOT processed. If you need immediate assistance paying dues, call our Dues Department during normal business hours (M-F, 9am-4:30pm) at 323.993.3116.

How do I find documents once I log in?
After you successfully log in, a BLUE submenu will appear directly under the main menu, with links to Statements, Payments, and Members-Only Scales & Documents. You will also see a Log Out button, which you are encouraged to click when done using this website.
