GRAND RE-OPENING

We are pleased to announce in January 2020 the grand re-opening of Studio 47! Contact our booking department for info on special promos.

Local 47 is the only AFM Local to own and support a full-service recording facility: Studio 47.

We can record anything from a soloist to a Big Band orchestra and may be booked for jingles, film and video soundtracks, cast albums, commercial recordings and demos.

We're a one-stop production resource offering recording, audio editing, final mixing and digital mastering, all at exclusively discounted AFM rates.

Rates:

Recording (ProTools)

Solo/Small Band
(1-12 musicians)
  • $75 per hour / 3-hour minimum
  • + $75 setup/breakdown
  • Includes 1 engineer
  • Extra time calculated in ½ hour increments

Big Band
(13+ musicians)
  • $100 per hour / 3-hour minimum
  • + $75 setup/breakdown
  • Includes 2 engineers
  • Extra time calculated in ½ hour increments

All recordings must be filed under an AFM Local 47 contract.

Audio Editing / Mastering

  • $75 per hour / 2-hour minimum (no setup fee)
  • Includes 1 engineer
