For a decade, Highly Favored: A Blessing to Others has been providing essential care packages to families and individuals experiencing homelessness in Downtown Los Angeles. These packages include warm clothing, blankets, hygiene items, and non-perishable food. They also offer resources, health education, and vaccines.
