We will also hold a vote&nbsp;on a Resolution to amend the bylaws regarding eligibility requirements for Life Membership. Text of the Resolution may be accessed by logging in to your&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/afm47.org\/user\/login\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">member account<\/a>&nbsp;(once logged in, click the \u201cScales and Documents\u201d tab). Print copies are available upon request from the Secretary&#8217;s Office.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Fifty members constitutes a quorum to conduct business at General Membership Meetings. All Regular Members and Life Members may vote; Inactive Life Members are ineligible to vote per Article IV, Section 11.
