Since then, millions of Americans every year use that day to remember the hard-fought union wins that workers enjoy today, such as overtime, pension, safety on the job, and more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And over time, musicians, filmmakers, writers, and actors of all backgrounds have paid tribute to workers and unions for their struggle for a better life for all.
