On October 15-17, 2024, the American Federation of Musicians was proud to participate in the inaugural American Film Convention<\/a>, with AFM Local 47 holding down the booth. AFM presented two panels during the three-day event with the theme “Scoring Your Indie Vision: The Power of Music and the AFM Independent\/Festival Film Agreement.”<\/p>\n

The first panel, “American Agitators: The Fred Ross Project,” featured director\/producer Raymond Telles, composer Mark Adler, music contractor David Low, AFM Director of Electronic Media Services John Painting, and RMALA Director Dylan Hart, moderated by film curator\/producer Caroline Libresco.<\/p>\n
