We’re in the home stretch! As we’ve been reporting over the past several months, AFM Local 47 has been hard at work updating our IT infrastructure, and in the coming weeks we will launch a new, fully cloud-based database named Ensemble 2.0 (aka “E2”) that will feature many substantial upgrades.

All members are encouraged to update your Directory contact info now, and most importantly verify/update your email address, to expedite the new online registration process once E2 is launched. Please review your public profile information by searching your name at afm47.org/directory (note: mailing addresses are never posted publicly). o verify your full information on file, and/or to make any updates to your profile, please email directory@afm47.org.

What Will be Changing?

Not only will staff be able to process data more efficiently, but user access for members will also be much improved. Members will soon be able to:

• Choose your own username (no more WebID)
• Update your personal Directory profile in real time
• Pay Work Dues and Membership Dues in the same transaction
• Go paperless for both Work Dues and Membership Dues
• View more detail in the new “My Jobs” section
• Access the new Advanced Directory Search that includes mailing addresses for those who have opted in to share that information
